"My size is never there"
My snap judgment after using Kick Game is that it’s just frustrating. Every time I spot a pair I actually like, my size is already gone and it’s just tiny sizes or some random huge ones left. I signed up for restock alerts too, but I’ve never had anything useful come through. The annoying part is the shoes still show up on the site like they’re available, so I waste time clicking around for nothing.

I tried to return my order and the whole process was painfully slow. Getting help was way harder than it should’ve been, and I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, which got really frustrating. It felt like nobody was paying attention or really cared about fixing it.

I should’ve trusted my instinct before buying. For what you get, the price just feels way too high. It didn’t feel worth the money to me at all.

"Shoes looked like they’d already been worn"
The box showed up beat up, and the trainers had marks on them like someone had already tried them out. Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny smudge right on the side of one sole that looked like pencil lead. Just wasn’t great opening a new pair and feeling like they were already used.

I mean, yeah, the response took a bit longer than I expected, but I did get the answers I needed in the end. It wasn’t a huge deal, just wish it had been a little quicker.

I ordered this expecting it to show up in a reasonable amount of time, but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. at this point I can’t even think about whether the product is good or not because the delivery delay is the only thing that stands out. Frustrating.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting frustrating because I thought it would’ve been sorted by now, but days keep passing, I keep checking my account, and there’s still nothing showing up.

"Checkout was a hassle"
I was actually trying this place out because a friend recommended it, but the checkout process was frustrating. My payment kept failing for no clear reason, and it took way longer than it should have. Definitely not the smooth experience I was expecting

"I found the prices on Kick Game pretty..."
I found the prices on Kick Game frustrating. I knew I’d have to be patient and accept that resale trainers can cost more, but it felt like I was being forced to just sit there and tolerate prices that didn’t really make sense. I saw the same trainers cheaper elsewhere, and once the extra fees were added, it started to feel way too much. Maybe that’s just how resale works, but it came across a bit greedy to me

"Tracking was slow, but the order showed up fine"
My order arrived without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kind of annoying. I kept checking even though I told myself it was probably fine. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the tracking could definitely be better.

I had a few doubts as soon as I got them. The fit just didn’t feel quite right, and some of the details looked a bit off to me, so I wasn’t reaaally convinced they were authentic. I reached out to support, but I still came away feeling unsure. Disappointing overall.

"Exchange was fine, just a bit slow"
I had to swap my trainers for a different size, and my first instinct was that it would be a quick, simple thing. Getting the exchange started was easy enough, and customer service did get back to me, but the replies felt a bit hit or miss timing-wise.

I did get the new pair in the end and they fit fine, so no real disaster there. It just had that feeling of taking longer than it needed to, so overall I’d say it was okay, but not exactly impressive

Using the site was frustrating. The pages kept jumping around, and every time I went back the filters reset, so I ended up searching for the same trainers over and over again. Got old real quick.

Checkout wasn’t much better either. It felt slow, and a few buttons didn’t work the first time I clicked them. I gave up in the end becuase it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Not as much choice as I expected"
I was hoping there’d be a better selection of trainers, but it felt limited to me. Maybe I just went at the wrong time, I’m not sure, but loads of the pairs I liked didn’t seem to have many sizes left either. I ended up giving up after a while because I couldn’t really find much to try on

"Bit of a hit-or-miss stock situation"
My first reaction was a bit of disappointment — I found a few things I liked, but most of the sizes were already gone. It felt like you had to get lucky to find anything that actually fit.

The staff were helpful and got me sorted in the end, but it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. I’ve had quicker experiences before, so this one felt a little slow, but overall they were friendly and did help me out.

"Not a great visit this time"
Maybe I caught them on an off day, but my in-store visit wasn’t great. The staff came across as rude, and I ended up leaving more annoyed than anything. I might feel differently if the service is better another time, but based on this visit, it wasn’t a good experience

"Not sure the issue was ever properly fixed"
I had a problem with my order and getting it sorted was more hassle than I expected. To be fair, they did eventually reply and seemed polite enough, but the responses were slow and I wasn’t really convinced anyone was taking it that seriously. In the end, the outcome still didn’t feel right to me, so I can’t say I’d be in a rush to use kickgame.co.uk again.
